Levent Executive Floor
A holding company's 450 m² executive floor. A workplace that balances corporate gravitas with warmth and tells the brand quietly.
Bu Proje Hakkında
Set in one of Levent's business towers, this 450 m² executive floor was designed for the senior executives and board of an established holding company. The client's expectation was clear: a floor that keeps its corporate gravitas yet is neither cold nor distant; one that impresses the visitor while letting those who work in it feel at ease. Striking that balance formed the backbone of the project.
The reception and waiting area that greets visitors at the entrance was designed to reflect the holding's corporate identity in an understated language. The natural stone panel and concealed lighting on the rear wall create a general sense of quality rather than emphasising the brand's logo. The seating group and bespoke side tables in the waiting area bring corporate presence together with comfort.
The executive offices were approached with an understanding that prioritises function over the display of hierarchy. Each room was composed to hold a desk, a small meeting area and a resting corner. Glass partitions preserve acoustic comfort while sharing the floor's daylight inward. Timber-clad walls and soft textile choices lend warmth to these rooms where executives spend long hours.
At the heart of the floor lies the boardroom. A bespoke meeting table with a seamless appearance was placed at the centre of the room. An acoustic ceiling panel, blind systems and integrated technology secure both the privacy and the efficiency of meetings. One wall of the room opens fully to the city view, while the opposite wall is given to a carefully curated display recounting the holding's history.
The shared areas used by staff were designed with the same care. A tea and coffee point, a lounge that can host informal meetings and quiet pods for focused work ensure the floor serves not only the executives but the whole team. In line with WELL principles, natural light, air quality and acoustic comfort were prioritised.
The material palette brings together dark oak, natural stone, bronze-toned metal and deep green textiles. This palette carries a corporate seriousness while offering a timeless, warm character. The lighting was composed with scenarios that adapt to needs changing through the day.
Over seven months, the build was completed without disrupting the operating company, working weekends and out of hours. The reception desk, the boardroom table and the cabinetry in the offices were made in our own workshop. The Levent Executive Floor is proof that a corporate space can be good for people too.
