Two-Tone Oak TV Unit — Bahçelievler
Full-wall floating TV unit in two-tone design with contrasting light and dark oak.
About the project
This apartment's living room in Bahçelievler was completely redefined by a single TV unit. The couple wanted to create a "feeling of being in a forest" with a dominant wooden wall in the living room. To achieve this we designed a system that covers the entire living-room wall from floor to ceiling.
At the base a dark oak (Coffee Brown Osmo stain) floor unit; above it, natural-colour light oak decorative shelves. This two-tone contrast gives the surface depth. The TV is placed in a centre niche sized to hold a 75" screen, with hidden cable runs for the soundbar and Apple TV.
After installation the client said: "The identity of not just this living room but the whole apartment has changed."
